Driving Directions

Our Plumas Street campus sits in central Yuba City, two blocks west of Highway 99 and within walking distance of Sutter County Courthouse and Sutter Health hospital. Easy access to Highway 70 (Marysville), Highway 20 (Williams), and Highway 99 (Sacramento, Chico).

• From Sacramento (south on Highway 99): Take Highway 99 north for roughly 45 miles, exit Lincoln Road east, turn left on Plumas Street — RRA is on the right after Bridge Street.
• From Marysville: Take Highway 20 west across the Feather River, turn right on Plumas Street — RRA is half a mile north.
• From Chico (south on Highway 99): Highway 99 south for 50 miles, exit Bogue Road west, turn left on Plumas Street.
• From the Bay Area: Take I-80 east to Highway 99 north at Sacramento — allow about 90 minutes from Berkeley off-peak.
• Public transit: Yuba-Sutter Transit Route 1 stops on Plumas Street one block from the campus. The Sacramento-Marysville Greyhound stops downtown Yuba City; the SamTrans-equivalent to Sacramento connects via Capitol Corridor in Roseville.

Free visitor parking is available on the north side of the campus along Bridge Street. Family members visiting during weekend hours can use overflow parking adjacent to the Sutter County Library.

Our Service Area

Most RRA residents come from within 90 minutes of our Plumas Street campus — Yuba City, Marysville, Live Oak, Olivehurst, Linda, Plumas Lake, and the surrounding Sutter and Yuba County communities. We also routinely admit residents from Chico, Oroville, Roseville, Sacramento, and Folsom. Telehealth IOP extends our outpatient programming to anywhere in Northern California with a reliable connection — including the rural Northern Sierra communities where in-person treatment access is limited.
